• Prices are subject to change at anytime
• A deposit (half of the total cost of your job) is required before a job is sent to print (there will be no exceptions).
• A deposit (half of the total cost of marketing campaign) is required upon the submission of campaign materials (verbiage, photos, etc…) for websites, brochures, etc….
• Fees for services are non-negotiable unless a coupon is presented.
• At “New Evolution Graphics” we take pride into giving our clients our very best. Therefore, if an individual or a company is not pleased with the proof provided, you must let us know so we can do some adjustments. Clients are allowed to make a maximum of 3 corrections on a submitted artwork (from a N.E.G designer). There will be an additional charge for any additional changes ($15) thereafter.
• Clients are responsible for proof reading their materials. In the event that an approved material is sent to print, and there is a typo on the material N.E.G will not be held responsible for the error. The client can request for a reprint at their own cost.
• All verbiage must be emailed or send in the word format. If a client’s information is on a hard copy there will be a typesetting fee of $15 per page (for Brochures or Newsletters).
• Please allow 24-48Hours for design.
• There is a $25 fee on any bad checks
• All children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
• Because we value each and every one of our clients, there is absolutely no PROFANITY.
